  1. Purpose

This Carbon Reduction Plan outlines our commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 and ensuring environmental sustainability across all operations and supply chains. This document details our emissions baseline, reduction targets, and measures to ensure compliance with Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21, the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting & Reporting Standard, and ISO 14064 (Greenhouse Gas Reporting Standard).

  1. Scope

This Policy applies to employees, contractors, associates, partners, and other representatives of Integritis.

Our baseline emissions include Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 categories, following the GHG Protocol.

Baseline Year (2025) Emissions:

  • Scope 1: 50 tCO2e
  • Scope 2: 40 tCO2e
  • Scope 3: 200 tCO2e (detailed breakdown below)
    • Upstream transportation & distribution: 35 tCO2e
    • Waste generated in operations: 15 tCO2e
    • Business travel: 80 tCO2e
    • Employee commuting: 45 tCO2e
    • Downstream transportation & distribution: 25 tCO2e

Emissions Reduction Targets

By 2030: Reduce total emissions by 30% to 203 tCO2e

By 2050: Achieve net-zero emissions

Carbon Reduction Measures

Completed Initiatives:

  • Transitioned to energy-efficient devices.
  • Introduced Travelperk to measure business travel and commuting emissions.
  • Enhanced recycling programs with a zero-to-landfill policy using Spaces provided facilities.

Future Initiatives:

  • Upstream Suppliers: Suppliers must provide carbon footprint data and transition to low-emission shipping by 2030.
  • Waste Reduction: Implement a circular economy approach, minimising raw material use and increasing supplier take-back schemes.
  • Business Travel: Reduce flights by 40% by 2027 through mandatory virtual meeting policies and a rail-first travel policy.
  • Employee Commuting: Shift 30% of the workforce to low-carbon transport via an EV salary sacrifice scheme and public transport subsidies.
  • Downstream Transportation & Distribution: Engage with low-emission delivery partners and optimise packaging to reduce emissions.
