The Integritis Foundation
Turning Service in Strategy
The Integritis Foundation exists to unlock the commercial potential of ex-service professionals.
Too often, veterans leave the Armed Forces with exceptional leadership, operational and strategic capability — yet enter civilian employment below their skill level.
We exist to change that.
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, the Foundation is funded through a share of Integritis profits, alongside grants and donations. Our success is not measured in revenue.
It is measured in outcomes.
Through structured training, mentoring and long-term professional support, we help veterans build sustainable, high-value consultancy careers that reflect the true depth of their experience.
The challenge at hand...
Veterans are being underpaid, underused, and undervalued.
We’re helping veterans step into high-value consultancy.
The Integritis Foundation provides structured training, mentorship, and real-world support to help ex-service professionals launch successful, independent consultancy careers.
From business setup to securing contracts, we equip veterans with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to thrive in civilian life. We aim for lasting success, not just a temporary transition.
The transition from military to civilian life is not a capability gap. It is a translation gap.
The figures below do not reflect a lack of ability.
They reflect structural barriers, limited commercial positioning and under-recognition of military leadership in the corporate environment.
We focus on closing that gap.
52%
According to UK government research, 52% of veterans have taken jobs that require less experience or fewer skills than their previous roles in the armed forces.
8%
Research by the British Legion shows that 8% of working-age veterans are unemployed, nearly twice the rate of their civilian peers.
20%
According to UK government data, 20% of veterans claim unemployment benefits shortly after leaving service, highlighting the economic challenges many face during the transition to civilian life.

Every veteran supported represents capability unlocked — not simply assistance provided.
