The Integritis Foundation
Turning Service in Strategy
The Integritis Foundation supports ex-forces professionals in building successful, purpose-driven consultancy careers that reflect the depth of their experience and skills.
As a not-for-profit community interest company, the Foundation is funded through a share of profits from Integritis, along with donations and grants. Our mission is simple. It is measured in people, not pounds.
Through the Integritis Academy, veterans gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence to establish independent consultancy careers. With lifelong membership in the Integritis Consultant Guild, they remain connected, supported, and empowered to thrive in civilian life.
So, here's the issue:
Veterans are being underpaid, underused, and undervalued.
We’re helping veterans step into high-value consultancy.
The Integritis Foundation provides structured training, mentorship, and real-world support to help ex-service professionals launch successful, independent consultancy careers.
From business setup to securing contracts, we equip veterans with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to thrive in civilian life. We aim for lasting success, not just a temporary transition.
